Terms and Conditions - By registering for our dog training, dog daycare, dog boarding, or other services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: In consideration of the acceptance of this registration and the opportunity to participate, I agree to hold Buddy’s Chance, LLC, Carolyn Shannon, Stephen Shannon, and all trainers, guest trainers, independent contractors, employees, assistants, or apprentices, the premises upon which the classes are to be held, harmless from any claim for the loss or injury, direct and indirect, to any person or thing by any act of dog or person, unless the injury was caused by the negligence of the above named persons. I hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expenses, including legal fees, by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage and expenses. Refunds or exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
