To register your dog for dog daycare or boarding, please do the following and we will contact you to set up your dog's stay or playtime:
1) Ask your veterinarian to fax proof of vaccinations to us at 512-323-9480 or, in the case of a puppy under 4 months, ask them to sign and fax this form to us: vaccination form.
2) Select either dog daycare or dog boarding from the form below and click on sign up. Please note that clients who have already completed our form for a class or private session may use the express registration function after hitting the green "sign up" button. Thank you!
