Many of our class dates have no start dates! They follow a unique rotating schedule - each class has levels and you come to each level a set number of weeks to get each of the lessons. Because the lessons rotate, you can begin any time. For example, in Mighty Manners, we teach the following on a rotating four week schedule:

calm focus and attention, beginning recall, sit

walking on leash, beginning place

beginning drop it, beginning stay, spin

down, touch, beginning leave it

You can start any week because none of the weeks are dependent on one another. Mega Manners teaches more advanced levels of these items, teaching distance, distractions, and durations. The Master Manners class takes these things and puts them to work practicing the behaviors needed to pass the CGC test. Then, when you're ready, you just take the test!

Even within the levels, we are able to let you work at your own pace. For example, if you are taking Mighty Manners but your dog already knows a down cue, we will work on some aspect of it that will help you and your dog advance. So, if your dog can only do a down when you put food on its nose, we will help you fade out the food. Or, if your dog only knows how to lay down when you put your hand all the way to the floor, we will work on a verbal signal or a smaller hand signal from a standing posture. There is always something to work on with each cue! If a class has a specific start date, it is stated in the class description. If not, it is a rotating class and we will call you to book your dates after you register!
